Warwick Rodeo

Warwick Rodeo

In traditional country style, “Australia's Most Famous" rodeo and campdraft celebrates and epitomises the determination and skill of riders. It honours Warwick being home of the Australian Championships since 1928.

Watch bull, horse and rider fly out the gate as campdrafting and rodeo merge in a historic high-stakes week-long event.

You’ll be in awe of the high level of skill and connection between campdrafting riders and their steeds as women, men and juniors vie for various race honours.

The Rodeo is the final of the Australian APRA series, so you’ll feel the tension build as each member of an elite group make their final pitch to win the Warwick Gold Cup event and achieve the pinnacle of their sport.

You can also browse tradeshow alley for genuine country attire, tuck into great country cooking, wash away the dust with a refreshing drink, chat to the locals and soak up stories about Australian country icons, snag an autograph from rodeo celebrities roaming the grounds, stay on to party with live music ‘til the early hours and meet the riders and learn how they prepare for bull-rides and campdrafts.
